Axe & Hammer ltd, is not engaged in rendering medical advice, nor does it hold itself as qualified to do so. 

We strongly recommend that you seek professional medical advice before embarking on any diet or exercise program. 

Any exercise program, even in healthy individuals, carries risk. You have a responsibility to exercise your own personal judgment, as well as any other considerations, before acting on any of the content provided by Axe & Hammer ltd. 

By signing this you  assume full responsibility for any injury, losses or damages that may result while attending, exercising or participating in any activity hosted or provided by Axe & Hammer ltd.

I, the undersigned, hereby waive all claims against Axe & Hammer ltd for any  injuries, claims and damages that I might incur on or near the premises, or during an online or outdoor session. This includes damage to any vehicle on the premises

Classes (including children) 

I, the undersigned, hereby state that I/we wish to participate in the exercise class. I realise that my/our participation in these activities involves potential risk, including but not limited to bodily injury, heart attack, stroke, or even death. I also recognise there are other risks associated with exercise and that it is not possible to list every one. I know and understand the risks of exercise, understand that injuries are a possibility, and I hereby assume responsibility of all risks of injury which could occur by reason of my/our participation in this fitness class. I hereby state that I am/we are in good health and are able to take part in this activity. I take full responsibility for my/our own health and well being and agree that any instructions received will be used at my/our own risk. I will listen to and follow instructions from the coach in order to reduce risk of injury or accidents

I have disclosed any relevant medical information and understand that I/We are participating at my/our own risk. NO Refund will be given under any circumstance. 

My signature also acknowledges my consent to be videotaped, audio recorded and/or photographed during the class, and grants the instructor the sole right to own, use and modify the images and/or recordings for any and all purposes worldwide, including but not limited to advertisements, marketing, and all commercial purposes and in all forms of media, without any compensation (including royalties) in perpetuity. I waive any right to inspect or approve any images or recordings and waive any rights of ownership to the same. 

Children must be aged 5+ and accompanied on the premises by parent/guardian at all times. I, the undersigned, take full responsibility for the children associated with me and agree to all the above.  

Personal Training

Where you are provided with a personally tailored diet and exercise plan (a “Personal Plan”) the information contained therein should not be regarded as or relied upon as being a comprehensive health or exercise program. Accordingly, any actions that you take in relation to a personal plan should not be pursued regardless or to the exclusion of other information, opinions or judgments that are available to you. 

Any Personal Plan will have been prepared on the basis of information provided by you. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information that you provide to Axe & Hammer ltd. You are responsible for informing Axe & Hammer ltd of any health issues or medical conditions, current or changes, when asking to prepare a Personal Plan. 

Before taking any action in relation to a Personal Plan, you must take into account any other factors apart from the Personal Plan of which you are or ought to be aware. 

For example, it is always recommended that you seek professional medical advice before embarking on any exercise program. Your decisions to engage in any exercise program should take into account any medical or other professional advice that is available to you as well as using your own personal judgment as to what activity is safe for you to engage in. 

Where block sessions are purchased; if a session is pre-booked and you do not attend for the 3rd time in a row you will lose the session from your amount left. Pre-paid sessions are non-refundable  

The information set out in any Personal Plan may relate to certain contexts and may not be suitable in other contexts. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not use the information provided in the wrong context. 

For example, where a program was tailored for a woman who was not pregnant, this would not be appropriate for her to use after becoming pregnant. 

Other Information 

Any information that is provided that does not form part of a Personal Plan, whether obtained through the website, social media (such as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter) or otherwise, is provided for the purposes of general information only. 

Expected Results 

While it is believed that for most people, following training programs and methods will lead to their desired results, all exercise programs depend on the individual. Results will be affected by the effort and commitment of the individual, however in some circumstances even where an individual follows our program, they may not achieve the desired results. We therefore provide no warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to: the effectiveness any techniques, diets or programs that are delivered; or 

the results that you may achieve as a result of following the programs. 

All testimonials shown on social media or in advertising content are real people who have followed the plans provided by Axe & Hammer ltd. For the avoidance of any doubt, however, they are not indicative of the results that you are likely to achieve, rather they are included as examples of the results that particular individuals have achieved.
